Q: How do I create an account?
A: Please go to our front page of our website, www.hobbytronics.com.pk, and click the “LOGIN / REGISTER” link in the upper right-hand corner. From there, you may fill “Register” form where you will enter your name and email address and choose a password. Click security check box “I’m not a robot” and follow the instructions given on screen where you will be asked to select image with certain information on it. Just click those images and click on “Verify“. After passing security check, click “Register“, and you’re all set! The Welcome page will give you a brief of some tools you have access too, with a lot more available (addresses, downloads, orders, etc.) on left side menu.


Q: What if I don’t want to create an account?
A: We offer a Guest Checkout option for those folks who don’t want to create an account. Just add things to your cart normally and Checkout from the cart page. Fill out the required information, choose your payment method and click on “Place order”.

We will still need to store your information for our records and to communicate with you regarding your order. Guest orders are associated with the email address you provide, so if you want to create an account in the future you’ll see all the previous orders associated with it.


Q: How do I place an order?
A: If you have an account, make sure you are logged in first. Then start looking for items you wish to purchase, using either the search box in the upper right or the list of categories down the left side of the site. If the product you want is in stock, click “add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Checkout our video tutorial on How to place an order with our store.

If you would like more than one unit, be sure the change the quantity before adding to your cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click on big cart button on top right corner to view the items you have added in your cart. If you have any coupon code, add it to “Coupon code” box and click “Apply Coupon”. Once you are satisfied with your cart items and quantity, hit “Proceed to Checkout” button.

If you are not logged in, System will ask you to login first. If you don’t have account and want to checkout as Guest, just go down. Fill in your “Name”, shipping “Address” including house and street number, “Town / City”, “State / County”, “Email Address” and “Phone” number in given boxes. Postcode / ZIP is used to calculate shipping costs. Double check the information you provided, all responsibility will be on you in case you provided wrong information and parcel is delivered to that wrong address. We highly recommend you to register an account  as there are lot of benefits such as “Order Status Tracking”, “Auto-Fill shipping details” for your next orders etc. If you want to register an account, check Create an account? check box. You can add up any additional information in Order Notes text box.

Choose you payment method by clicking radio button on left corner of payment options. Once you have satisfied with your order, click on “Place order“. This will bring you to the final, order received page – and you are done with it. This page says: “Thank you. Your order has been received” and information regarding how to pay against your desired payment method will be given underneath. Follow those instruction and provide us required details through SMS at +92-300-7321041 and We’ll dispatch your order, the same day if your payments get cleared before 3:00 pm.


Q: How do I modify or cancel an existing order?
A: If it hasn’t shipped yet, you may contact us through SMS or Call at +92-300-7321041 for order cancellation.


Q: How do I change the quantities of items in my cart?
A: If you have added an item to your shopping cart, and then realize you want, say 10 of them instead of 2, enter the quantity you really wish to purchase in the little quantity box in cart page, and click “update”.


Q: I can’t add a specific item to my cart. Why?
A: This is most likely because the part you’re looking at is out of stock. If you see:

1) A button that says “Subscribe” instead of “Add to Cart”, that means that we are out of stock. You may subscribe for back in stock email notification by entering your email address in box above “Subscribe” button then hit “Subscribe” button.

2) The “Sorry, we do not have enough X  in stock to fulfill your order” message pop up when you enter your desired quantity in quantity box and click on “Update Cart” button  (Where X is any item) it means the the stock is limited. Contact us for more info on a specific item or place a custom order.


Q: What are my options for shipping?
A: We are currently shipping through TCS Express overnight service only which is more reliable than it’s competitors. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, however, orders placed by 3.30 pm usually ship same day (We do not have Sunday service for TCS Express as an option).

We try our best to pack each and every item with at most care using Air Bubble Sheet to protect items from damage. Now get your shipments insured by In-land Transit Takaful from UIC Window Takaful Operations through TCS Financial Services Private Ltd.

When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a text message or an email or two with any tracking information available. You can also check order status by logging into your account.

PLEASE NOTE! TCS Overnight Express service guarantee are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters.

Hobbytronics PK is not responsible for damage  caused due to any reason (Road accident etc.) during transportation.


Q: Do you offer Shipment Insurance?
A: At the request of our customers, Hobbytronics PK is now offering shipment In-land Transit Takaful from UIC Window Takaful Operations through TCS Financial Services Private Ltd. The Insurance Company hereby agrees, subject to the terms, exclusions and conditions of standard marine Inland Takaful (With Terrorism) to indemnify loss or damage to the shipment insured as specified by you, against Risks of loss or damage to the shipment insured. Claim payment is at UIC Window Takaful limited part.

You have to pay at least 1% of your order’s total amount to buy insurance for your shipment.

Q. How can I get my order shipped out today?
A: We process all orders the same day after clearance of Payments before 3:30 pm. If your order does not meet the requirements, we can not guarantee that your order will ship that same day. Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, your order may delay up to 48 hours.


Q. How can I get an invoice for my order?
A: You can find a standard invoice, showing the value of your order, shipping charges, and current status under Order History in your Hobbytronics account. Moreover, we send invoice to email address against every order. You can also request us to resend your invoice by providing your order number.

Q. How can I track my order?
A: We send tracking number via sms after shipping the parcel. Tracking number consists of ten digits, for example, CN# 456 XXX XXXX (Where X is any number from 0-9). To track your parcel visit TCS Express and Logistics website.

Put ten digits without CN# (spaces between digits are for your ease to read number, remove spaces, otherwise there will be no tracking information available) in Tracking Number box as shown below and hit “Track” button.

Q: How do I get a quote for items and/or shipping costs?
A: All of our pricing and availability information is online, so we are not able to provide quotes for under 25 pieces of an item. If you want less than 25 of an item, just place your order through our website, and all shipping and costs for items will be available during checkout. For custom order contact us by filling contact form on this link.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Bank / ATM Transfer, EasyPaisa, UBL Omni, MobiCash and UPaisa, and we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.


Q: How do I pay using Jazz Cash Account payment method?

A: Let’s suppose you have chosen Jazz Cash Account payment optioned during checkout and your order’s total amount is Rs. 1000. You should adopt following procedure for paying your order.

  • Visit any Jazz Cash Retailer’s shop
  • Give him account information provided to you during checkout or via Email
  • Ask seller to deposit Rs. 1000 in our Jazz Cash Account
  • Give Rs. 1000 to Jazz Cash Retailer, Fee has already been added to your order’s total amount, hence there will be no Fee to be paid to Jazz Cash Retailer.
  • Fee will be deduced from our Jazz Cash Account

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We are currently shipping to Pakistan only.
